HELLO! My name is Karishma and I am 17 years old. I am from the United States and I would like to thank all of my first few members for reading my very first post about the "Hidden Gems of Mauritius". Anyways, in this post, I would like to talk to you guys about why I chose to make this blog and what I plan to discuss in it as well.
Why A BLOG?!
Traveling
Well, I chose to make this blog because I really love traveling. I flew for the very first time at the age of only 1 y.o. and I never was an issue on the plane (as far as what my parents told me). I feel very lucky and grateful for all of the opportunities of traveling around the world throughout my life so far. Overall, I was always fascinated with different countries all around the world. Every country has their own unique characteristics about them and I love learning about them.
Planes
Something else that I am really compassionate about, which goes hand-in-hand with traveling, is the fact that I love planes! As I grew older, I realized that my hobby was learning about commercial planes, drones and mode
l airplanes. I am a member of the AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) and I am also part of my school's Model Aviation Club. These clubs have not only helped me grow more passionate and fascinated in learning about planes, but also helped me grow as a person. To sum it up, planes are a true passion of mine and I plan to post about them as soon as I can.
Discussion Ideas
Overview
In this blog, I intend to discuss different countries that I have visited and what those countries have to offer to us as tourists. I want to make sure that my members are all well-prepared to travel to the country that a post about. By the way, I am planning to post every Sunday.
